SURVIVAL TOUR

More than just a trip

LEARN TO SURVIVE

Building camp, hunting for food and much more

MAX 5 PEOPLE

There is room for a group of maximum 5 people

4 NIGHTS

The adventure lasts 5 days and 4 nights including travel time.

ABOUT THE TOUR

The Jungle Survival Tour is not for everyone. It's for those who want to experience the true indigenous Amazon lifestyle and build up their  jungle survival skills. As a 24/7 personal guide, I will navigate with a group of maximum 5 people, (including a Portuguese-speaking boat driver) into the deep Amazon forest.

Program

We will access the jungle from an entry point at the Mamori Lake and navigate during 3 to 4 days to an exit point in Ramal 14.

Our daily challenge will be to :

1. Find the ideal spot to set up our camp

2. Build a shelter out of palm leaves and sticks for the overnight stays

3. Search for our daily meals by setting out traps, fishing nets and searching for edible plants.

Activities

  • Canoeing

  • Building shelter with natural material

  • Making fire

  • Attract the animals by imitating their sounds

  • Setting up traps

  • Forage for fruits and medicinal plants

  • Spear-fishing

  • Climbing trees

I will show you some tricks and techniques to survive in the forest (both on land and in the river) during the whole jungle survival tour.

Security

I carry all responsibility for your personal health and well-being out there.

I take care of transportation, accommodation in hammocks and medical assistance. I  always bring emergency food to secure the trip.

But remember: the jungle can be dangerous. You will always have to remain alert, especially in the night with a simple flashlight.
